Wow. Just, all I can say is wow.

I’m still trying to catch my breath from the whirlwind of a weekend I just experienced. One of the most celebratory, friendly, joyful, educational, and inspirational of my life. I met SO MANY incredible humans this weekend! And I can’t wait to tell you all about it . . . as soon as I collect my thoughts (and collect a few photos, since I was pretty much a failure at taking my own). Hopefully I’ll have a recap up in the next few days. In the meantime . . .

This may be my new favorite. Taken moments after waking.



Happy Monday! Isn’t that picture of Waits just the cuteness? I took it last Friday, right before we got dressed to head out for the VVC pre-registration. I tend to enjoy my Mondays, but I know a lot of people fight the blues as they start their week. Maybe . . . sweet pic of smiling veg baby will help your day stay bright?


The First Bonzai Facebook Chat
We’re having a party on the Bonzai FB Page! Next Tuesday (that’s a week from tomorrow), join in for the fun and Ask Me Anything.     I’m so bummed about missing VVC *this* year – but since Monday is my favorite day of the week, I woke up a little less bummed than I was last Friday. That picture of Waits certainly helps, too. Happy Monday! =)

    I am still in a glow from the weekend too – it was spectacular! I went straight into a golf tournament this morning so no posts for me yet, but hopefully soon. just walking around with a big smile all day!

    Is that a cloth diaper on Waits? I guess I wouldn’t expect anthing less. :-) What brand do you use? I’d love it if you could do a cloth diaper post some time. I don’t have kids yet, but am planning on it soon, and, wow, there is a lot of confusing information out there.
