I am not getting up as early as I want, however I am only sleeping for 8 hours instead of 10 which is good. I have decided to change my bedtime and thus my get up time. @ saundra - That is wonderful news! Sounds like you are making great steps, moving steadily n the right direction. And it&#039;s so great that you can see it&#039;s positive effect immediately in your life - and in your kids&#039; lives!
