My girl was never much of a cuddler, but I feel like we’re having a really sweet year so far (she was 7 in Dec.) and I’ve had some really great conversations and one-on-one times with her. And there’s something really incredible about having almost grown-up type interactions with this sweet little tiny person! (And I have felt like every year since 3 was THE BEST AGE EVER, so I’m trying to convince myself that this feeling will continue, even when we’re in the teen years!).

It’s this Tom Kah noodle soup they make only on Thursdays at our local noodle bar. Jeremy and I used to go every Thursday, and then we opened Five & 1/4 and didn’t go for a whole year and a half.

Now we’ve gone for Tom Kah soup every Thursday since Five & 1/4 has been closed. ;-)
