HI Cara, thank you so much for asking, that’s so thoughtful! So the sale did go through but the new owners seem content to focus on some of the other, more run-down (and illegally expanded, apparently) bungalows for now. The property manager/repair guy insists we are in the clear for at least a year. I’m crossing my fingers!
