I woke up thinking about blueberry picking and now I REALLY want to go this year! I do have a fruit in mind for canning/ preserving creatively: Watermelon! I love it, but have very few ideas about how to preserve its loveliness beyond the freezer. We can all kinds of fruits and veggies, but watermelon has always stumped me! Enjoyed seeing your farm pics :)
