Just watched this on YouTube and it was lovely. As Erin stated it was great hearing someone speak up about vegans who might not have giant budgets. I’d love to have more video or audio content from you if you ever have time as I learned so much and am really inspired!

I’m listening now and just want to drop in as a long time reader of your book and blog. I want to give you big props for acknowledging that not everyone has the budget or the body size of the most vocal portion of the vegan community. Over the years, I am seeing a more diverse array of voices and backgrounds in the community and to me, that is what makes it more accessible to more people. Respect.
