I usually do something similar, letting my body feel the stress and adrenaline, and in a way sort of “acclimating” to it. The one bad class I’ve had so far is when I went in over-confident and wasn’t able to recover after that *first* surge of adrenaline hit, because I hadn’t let myself feel it before that and therefor wasn’t used to the feeling. Anyway, thanks for the awesome technique and pep talk, truly!
