Three weeks of camping, hiking, and wearing Nina OUT. I spent the weekend taste testing new ideas for camping grub and then accidentally made a white bean coconut pecan cake that was outstanding! I may not be commenting for a few weeks, but I’ll still be checking in while editing photos during our trip. Also, Yay for finding balance while burning the candle at both ends! That’s the way I roll, too.
