If you dont have the particular essential oil, is it possible to just add powdered herb into the mix? And I coconut a replacement carrier oil, or could you put olive or jojoba oil in as well? How about infusion teas, would you have to do this separately as a hair treatment? Sorry for all the questions!

Ive just recently bought my first container of coconut oil. Im excited to read about all the different uses and wondering how it gives you an energy boost if you eat it.If I use it in a recipe, does it have the same effect? Does it really give you a boost like caffeine?
