Oh I kinda knew that. I just always immediately thought ‘B12 – animals only, so where the Fraggle Rock do they get it?’
Feel a little silly now!
My mum’s been on a specific-to-her low FODMAP diet (which she says is great but is more beneficial for my stepfather, as it is saving him from her *ahem* ‘tooty booty’) She’s only just learnt that lactic acid =/= lactose, which has made her pretty happy. Curse you, confusing nutrition and non-SAD diets!

Haa, I love the picture of Harley snuggling with the bottle of two-buck-Chuck. I’ve *cough* never *cough* done that… Never ;)

I spent the weekend dog/cat/house-sitting and it was fantastic. I can’t wait until I have the time and space and money to have pets of my own.
