I will do a post on this, but in the meantime, you can totally blend raw pumpkin to make awesome smoothies!

Also, try juicing acorn/butternut squashes or sweet potatoes. With a little cinnamon, mmmm so good!

I've been to San Fran a few times, but I've never tried Cinnaholic. Ohmygoodness...I must! I have, however, been to Cafe Gratitude about 3 or 4 times. My all-time favorite hoodie, which I pretty much wear ALL the time, came from there. It's made of bamboo and says on the back, "What are you grateful for?" I love it so much. I especially love the idea that it is being read...and considered. :o) Cafe Gratitude is definitely cheezy but then, so am I. And really...you can't knock the intention. My ex-beau had a very clever idea of opening up a "Cafe Attitude" where everything on the menu was exactly the opposite. "I am sloppy" could be, well obviously, "Sloppy Joes" etc. :o)

I've also been to Millenium and had one of the best meals of my life. It was so artfully designed and intricately layered in taste and texture. I, too, ordered something I never would have ordered and it ended up being my favorite. You are indeed one lucky lady to know Alison!

I love that hummus pic of Waits! And the carousel!

I've never had Inari...Looks interesting...

It's pretty funny that your so attune to your greens!

Glad you had fun. :o)
