Hi Kyla! Okay, first I just have to check - you are using nutritional yeast, and not *brewer's yeast* right? Both are sold as supplements so people often mix them up. And brewers yeast definitely tastes like crap.

Nooch on the other hand can be an acquired taste, but I think it's delicious! Sort of savory/nutty/cheesy. But if you hate it then your best bet is to hide it. Luckily it hides well - a tablespoon will disappear into your smoothie, or spaghetti sauce, or soup, or gravy.

If you want to try to learn to like it, try it sprinkled on pasta, like parmesan!

Luck!

After the Love List took off, it became less about "feedback" and so much more about sharing - personal updates and love lists and all that stuff. Seemed to make sense to rename it, though I od miss the alliteration!

I need help! Nutritional yeast - how the heck do I work it into meals and make it taste good? I want to start taking it as I'm nursing my 2nd child and have heard it has great benefits even without breastfeeding being involved...but it tastes gross on it's own. Could you give some recipes or ideas as to how to use it in food, as well as child-friendly food? (and, my 3yo son will in no way eat most of what your son eats...he used to eat everything I put in front of him, but then he turned 2. Now his diet is mostly pb& apple butter, applesauce, maybe some squash or broccoli with a lot of convincing.) Help!
