I don’t know Florida at all, but have you checked out HappyCow.net? You can search by city for vegan and veg-friendly establishments. Hope that helps! Have fun!

It may not be comprehensive however, so you might try a google search, too.

I’ve never been to Kissimmee, but it looks they have a few veg-friendly options.. I suggest you search other cities you might visit while on your trip… like Orlando! They definitely have more options.

Also, definitely check out online shopping for vegan goodies. :)
