It’s so good because not only is it fun, but we’re setting up for later in life to enjoy physical play. So as if you needed more incentive to take some time off and swim in the pool, just think of the rewards you’ll reap when Waits voluntarily keeps himself active and healthy through things like swimming and bike riding. Go Momma Go!

They grow up so darn fast and then you wonder where the time went.

I am from SW MN and don’t even want to be outside because of the heat and high humidity. We broke records yesterday. So for now it is inside where I want to be. But last week when I was at the hospital with my son for his surgery my daughter and I enjoyed supper alfresco at a nearby restaurant. We did enjoy that as the weather was half decent then.
