Save some of this water before you rinse your rice to add to your next rice etc. It should start to smell pleasantly fermented after a few batches. Soaking your rice makes it sweeter too. So, add saved water to soaking water, soak 24 hours, save some for your next batch, rinse rice, cook. Use this water for all of your whole grains.
