@ Jenny - That's an interesting idea about the vocab list . . . maybe I could put a reference page together. I'll think about that.

I'm definitely planning to do a grocery list post! Stay tuned for that some time in the future. And kale chips as well, a recipe will be coming for those. There's not enough time to get it all out there! I guess that's not really anything to complain about, having TOO much content. =)

@ Jenny - Aches and fatigue are both *really* common symptoms of detox, which you might be experiencing right now. Your body is going through a serious transition, and there will be an uncomfortable period of adjustment, unfortunately.

Make sure that you are eating enough calories, and especially those natural sugars found in sweet fruits. This will take the edge of the aches. Also, make sure you're getting enough fats - nuts and avocados are good for this. You should be getting enough protein, if you're getting sufficient calories from varied sources.

I'd say give yourself a week or so to feel crappy. I think it's part of the process. If it doesn't clear up on it's own, then you'll have to re-evaluate your approach. As always, listen to your body!

Congrats on going RAW! Good luck!

I started raw a few days ago, I've been vegan for a year and a veggie for as long as I can remember....I think since birth:) Anyway, today wa day three and I am super tired and achy. Did you feel like this in the beginning at all? I hiked up to inspiration point a day ago...and feel waay to worked for what I did, maybe it's just getting used to a balance eating all raw. Just curious.. thanks. I LOVE your website, I'm on here nearly everyday:) xoxo

I am new to your blog, I saw your recent comment on bread & honey where you discussed lasagna using polenta. I'm super intrigued being wary of using polenta (I usually see it in super fancy recipes) but am planning on trying it with roasted veggies as on b&h.

Is there any way that you can post the lasagna recipe? I'm really interested in trying it!
