I can bake a killer cupcake, but my decorating skillz are certainly not that advanced! Those beauties came from what may very well be my happiest place on Earth – the Sweetpea Baking Co in the vegan mini mall, here in Portland. If you haven’t been yet, you MUST check it out next time you’re in town. It is true and unadulterated JOY (if you’re a vegan/foodie, at least). So amazing!
