About 80-10-10 vs gourmet, at least for me, I find that I feel best at 80-10-10, but it is not a sustainable lifestyle for me.  On the flipside, the super rich super gourmet stuff, even when it&#039;s all RAW, can be too heavy and leave me feeling &#039;less-than-light&#039;.   =)   As in all things, I think it&#039;s about balance.]]></description>

And that is when I was flying, euphoric and amazed at how I was feeling. Since then, I discovered &quot;gourmet&quot; stuff, and the &quot;idea&quot; of doing 80-10-10 freaks me out a bit. But I think I&#039;m going to have to give it a try, despite hating to limit myself - I am pretty damn certain that was why I felt so fantastic.]]></description>
